Les is an Industrial Chemist with a long history of involvement in the Cosmetics, Surface Coating and Speciality Chemical industries in Australia.
Les began with Microskin as a Consulting Chemist in 2004 and together with the founder of Microskin has pioneered the Research and Development of the unique Microskin Simulated Second Skin range of products from its inception to it’s present products in development.

Les continues to drive and develop additions to the revolutionary Microskin range and is actively involved in all aspects of product development. Les continues to be proactive within the industry but has always considered the development of Microskin Simulated Second Skin to be the most rewarding part of a long industrial chemistry career.
David is a results-focused individual and successful marketer with a robust background of achievement over 17 years. David’s track record has seen him develop businesses across four continents and he prides himself on maintaining a wide reaching established network to work off in each of these regions.
David’s career has been focused around business management, product development and distribution where he has proven himself to be dynamic and entrepreneurial. David has worked on both sides of products; as a product distributor and as a brand owner. He has worked alongside third party manufacturers to develop products on three continents which has given him the ability to obtain the best outcome for brand and product expansion across multiple markets. This multi-faceted experience positions David as an expert in identifying market opportunities and negotiating best outcome options in multiple regions.

In 2014 David was engaged by iconic Australian brand ISOCOL and assigned the task of restructuring their distribution channels. After successfully re-establishing channels and appointing a new Australia & New Zealand distributor, David was entrusted to expand the ISOCOL brand internationally beginning with the UK and Asian markets where he successfully established distribution channels into both wholesale and retail organisations.

As a result of the ISOCOL acquisition by Microskin PLC in 2016, David joined the Microskin team where he was responsible for the international development of the Microskin business in the capacity of Global Markets Director successfully establishing distribution channels into Australia and New Zealand, China, Singapore, Pakistan, Italy and the UK.
